Digital Deliverables and Final Sales

All sales of digital photo downloads, licenses, and digital media assets are final once a download link has been generated, a file has been delivered electronically, or access has otherwise been provided.

If a delivered file is corrupted, inaccessible, or defective, contact LazaRising Aero in writing within five (5) business days of delivery. If the issue is verified, LazaRising Aero will provide a replacement file. Cash refunds are not issued for corrupted or defective files when a replacement can be provided.

Copyright and Usage Licensing

LazaRising Aero retains ownership, copyright, and title to all photographs, videos, and digital assets unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise. Purchasing a digital copy, license, print, or custom shoot deliverable grants usage rights only. It does not transfer copyright ownership.

Usage rights become active only after full, cleared payment is received. Customers may not resell, sublicense, distribute, transfer, edit, or provide media assets to third parties unless LazaRising Aero gives written permission.

Purchase Options

• Personal Digital Copy: personal display, home print use, and non-commercial personal projects only.
• Editorial: non-commercial news, blog, education, article, or publishing use.
• Standard: common commercial digital use for one brand, such as a business website or social media.
• Extended: broader commercial use such as print runs, merchandise, broadcast, or larger campaigns.
• Rights-managed quote: scoped by territory, duration, usage, exclusivity, and other project details.

Print Requests

Print products are currently available by request while provider selection, product options, pricing, and delivery ranges are being finalized. Print orders may be fulfilled by third-party print shops or print-on-demand providers.

If a print issue cannot be resolved between the customer and print provider, and the issue is raised within ten (10) business days of delivery being received, LazaRising Aero will assist with communication and work toward a reasonable resolution.

Custom Drone Services

Custom photography and drone requests depend on location, timing, weather, site conditions, permissions, airspace requirements, and project scope. Drone operations are subject to applicable Transport Canada regulations and safety parameters.

LazaRising Aero reserves the authority to cancel, alter, reschedule, or terminate any flight operation if conditions are unsafe or required permissions are not available.
